Both the test tasks and test activity of civil airplane are discussed,three kind of tests are summarized in detail,including performance tests,function tests,and malfunction diagnosis.Combining with the analysis of test tasks in different moment,a technical frame about civil airplane tests is presented,including five parts： tasks system; hardware system; methods and statutes system; traceability system; persons.How to construct the test systems about civil airplane are discussed in detail.Especially,the measurement ability in tests activity is enhanced.
