摘要
目的调查分析赴南苏丹维和步兵营官兵任期内各类疾病的发病情况,为完善卫勤保障方案提供数据和决策证据。方法 2016-12-13至2017-11-12,选取某维和步兵营的官兵698名为研究对象,利用SPSS 15.0统计学软件对其任期内各类疾病的发病情况进行统计,总结疾病发病特点和规律。结果部署到任务区后的第1个月是任期内疾病最高发的时期;呼吸系统类疾病发病人次最高,其构成比为30.93%,其次为消化系统类、皮肤科类、外伤类及五官类;呼吸系统类疾病在1月和7月多发,皮肤病在部署到任务区后1个月内发病较多,中暑仅在1月集中发病;任期内向维和二级医院转诊29人,主要为口腔疾病患者。结论今后各卫勤保障部门应高度重视轮换期间的卫勤保障工作,加强呼吸系统疾病防治,增强长巡人员和执勤人员夜间的蚊虫防护措施,重视口腔疾病的筛查和治疗,科学规划适应性训练和演练,加强官兵健康教育,以降低维和步兵营官兵发病率,提升其维和战斗力。
Objective The objective of this study was to analyze the incidence of various diseases in a peacekeeping infantry battalion in South Sudan, and to provide data and references for completing medical support program. Methods A total of 698 soldiers and officers in a peacekeeping infantry battalion stationed in South Sudan from 13th December 2016 to 12th November 2017 were selected as the study subject. During this period of time, the incidence of various diseases in this battalion was analyzed using SPSS software, and their traits and regularity were explored. Results The first month after entering the peacekeeping section was the peak time of incidence; respiratory system diseases accounted for the most (30.93%), followed by digestive disorders, skin diseases, injuries, and eye, ear, nose and throat disorders . Respiratory system diseases were prevalent in January and July, while skin diseases and heat stroke happened more in January; patients transferred to higher-level hospitals were mostly for oral diseases. Conclusions Respiratory system disease and oral disease prevention and other safeguard measures should be given extra attention in peacekeeping infantry battalions. It is necessary to plan the adaptive training, and strengthen health education, with the view to reducing the incidence of disease and boosting their fighting force.
