摘要
目的探析持续护理质量管理在心内科急救护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016-04至2017-10长春市中心医院心内科收治的138例患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=69)。其中,2016-04至2016-12为对照组并给予常规护理,2017-01至2017-10为观察组并在常规护理的基础上给予持续护理质量管理。比较两组患者护理质量、护理时的医疗纠纷情况、术后护理满意度。结果 (1)护理质量:观察组患者血压下降、休克、其他并发症持续时间分别为(3.96±0.11)d、(1.35±0.84)d、(2.84±0.13)d,均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);(2)医疗纠纷:观察组的护理事故、护患纠纷和护理纠纷得分分别为(4.18±0.42)分、(2.74±0.52)分、(1.83±0.88)分,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);(3)护理满意度:观察组护理满意度(89.85%)高于对照组(68.11%),差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.449,P=0.014)。结论心内科患者实施持续护理质量管理,可减少医疗事故的发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective The objective of this study was to explore the effect of continuous nursing quality management in emergency nursing in cardiology department, so as to improve nursing quality. Methods The clinical data of 138 first aid patients in cardiology department in Changchun central hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods, 138 patients were divided into control group (n=69) and observation group (n=69). The control group was selected from April 2016 to December 2017 and given routine nursing, while the observation group was selected from January 2017 to October 2017 and adopted continuous nursing quality management on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing quality, medical dispute and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results (1) nursing quality the duration taken for dropping blood pressure (3.96±0.11), shock (1.35±0.84) and other complications (2.84±0.13) were shorter in the observation group as compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.001); (2) medical dispute: the score of nursing accident (4.18±0.42), patient-nurse issue (2.74±0.52) and nursing dispute (1.83±0.88) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.001); (3) nursing satisfactory degree: the nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group (89.85%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (Z=-2.449,P=0.014). Conclusions The continuous nursing quality management can be carried out for the patients in the cardiology department , which can reduce the occurrence of medical accidents and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
