摘要 工业纯钛TA2因其优异的耐腐蚀性广泛应用于海水环境中,在实际生产中,纯钛的焊接多采用TIG焊,但是焊接速度较慢影响生产效率。对0.9 mm的TA2进行激光焊接研究,首先进行四因素五水平的正交工艺实验,4个因素分别为激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量和激光入射角度,发现激光功率和焊接速度对成形的影响最大;然后分别对每一个因素进行单因素分析,发现增大激光功率或减小焊接速度可以抑制咬边,增大正离焦量可以减少背面飞溅,激光前倾入射比后倾入射更容易实现熔透。 Industrial pure titanium TA2 due to its excellent corrosion resistance is widely used in the water environment,in the actual production,pure titanium is mostly welded by TIG welding,but slow welding speed leads to low efficiency. The subject of the 0.9 mm TA2 laser welding research,first has carried on the orthogonal experiment of four factors and five levels. These four factors are laser power,welding speed,defocusing and laser incident angle,it is found that laser power and welding speed have the greatest influence on forming;then each factor is analyzed by single factor analysis,found that increasing laser power or decreasing welding speed can suppress the undercut,increasing the amount of positive defocus can reduce the back spatter,forward laser incident is easier to achieve penetration than backward incident.
