摘要
精整是现场焊接接头焊后改善接头平顺性最关键的工序。针对目前我国现场钢轨焊接接头焊后打磨采用手动式仿形精磨机,难以精确控制打磨过程、打磨效率低、质量不稳定的问题,自主研发了一套新型的钢轨焊接接头外形精整设备并投入现场试用。结果表明,该套设备能有效改善焊接接头的平顺性和轨廓表面质量,稳定提高接头平顺性的合格率,作业效率高,适应现场精磨作业的复杂工况条件。
Finishing is the most important process of improving the harshness of rail field welded joint. For the problem that the manual rail profiling refiner,nowadays used for the rail field welded joint grinding after welded in our country,has a low efficiency and an unstable grinding quality and the grinding process can't be accurately controlled,a new shape finishing equipment for rail welded joint has been developed successfully and tested in field railway. The result shows that such an equipment can improve the harshness and surface quality of the welded joint effectively,and develop the joint's passing rate of the joint harshness steadily. It has a high efficiency and is also applicable to the complex condition of the field grinding work.
