摘要 基于轴肩静止的搅拌摩擦焊工艺方法,研制并优化分体式搅拌工具,以铝锂合金为对象,研究其焊接工艺参数、微观组织与接头性能,实现了高质量连接,探索出焊接无倾角、焊后无减薄的新型搅拌摩擦焊焊接方法。该方法在轴肩静止的条件下,不仅能够获得力学性能优异的焊接接头,还能达到焊接过程无飞边、焊后表面光洁度好、无减薄的预期目的,未来可能会将搅拌摩擦焊应用领域拓宽至对表面构型要求严苛的铝合金结构件焊接。 Summarize a new type of friction stir welding method based on the stationary shoulder,and can gain no thinning surface after welding,by researching the split mixing tools,the implement of welding process,the microstructure and mechanical properties.Under the condition that the shoulder is stationary,the method can not only obtain the welded joint with excellent mechanical properties,but also achieve the intended purpose of no flashing,good surface finish after welding and no thinning,and may broaden the application field of friction stir welding to the welding of aluminum alloy structural parts with strict surface configuration.
