摘要
电弧增材制造技术是一种高效率、低成本的金属快速制造方式。然而,电弧增材制造在加工复杂零件时,受制于轨迹曲率变化大等因素,焊枪行走速度无法保持恒定,因而难以获得一致的成形形貌。提出一种基于NURBS插补的工艺约束下的速度规划算法,将电弧增材制造工艺允许的速度波动范围考虑在内,能够减小电弧增材制造过程的速度波动,提高成形形貌的一致性,最大相对误差不超过5%,满足电弧增材制造的成形控制需求。
Wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM) technology is a high-efficiency and low-cost metal manufacturing method.However,the travel speed of the torch cannot keep constant when fabricating complex parts,which is restricted by varied curvature of the path. Therefore,t is difficult to obtain consistent forming appearance. To deal with this problem,a speed planning algorithm under the technology constraint based on NURBS interpolation is proposed,which considers the allowable speed fluctuation of the WAAM technology. It aims at reducing the speed fluctuation during the manufacturing process and improving the consistency of the forming appearance. The maximum relative error does not exceed 5%,meeting the forming control requirements for arc additive manufacturing.
