摘要
因气化炉工作条件及使用性能的需要,对其承压主壳体常用ASME规范材料SA-387GR11CL2钢板有明确的中温力学性能要求。某气化炉项目要求承压主壳体SA-387GR11CL2钢板材料及焊接接头427℃中温抗拉强度不低于450 MPa,经过系列焊接及热处理加工后,板材及焊接接头各项性能是否仍能满足相关技术要求是该产品的主要制造难点。通过系列焊接及热处理工艺试验并采用回火参数进行分析,研究焊接工艺及热处理制度对SA-387GR11CL2钢板材料及焊接接头性能的影响,并进行封头热处理工艺试验,制定出合理的气化炉燃烧室、激冷室筒体及封头焊接及热处理工艺。
Pressure vessel of gasifier is usually made of ASME specification material SA-387GR11CL2 plate. Due to the specific requirements of working conditions and service performance, the medium temperature mechanical properties of the pressure vessel are generally specified. In a gasifier project of DBC,the tensile strength of material and welding joints SA-387GR11CL2 plate at 427 ℃ should be not less than 450 MPa. Whether the material and welding joints could meet the relevant technical requirements after series of welding and heat treatment is the main manufacturing difficulty of this product. The effect of welding process and heat treatment specification on the properties of SA-387GR11CL2 materials and welding joints was studied by series of welding and heat treatment process tests analyzed with larson-miller parameters,and the heat treatment process test of the head was especially carried out. Reasonable welding process and heat treatment specification of pressure vessel of gasifier reactor,quench room and head were worked out.
