基于有限元分析的水下管道修复用自动焊枪设计

摘要 运用流体力学原理,采用FLUENT软件设计水下管道修复用自动焊排水罩,确定合理的排水罩结构和尺寸,且进行水下管道修复MIG自动焊接实验,保护气为氩气,实验环境压力0.15MPa。通过FLUENT软件计算和仿真得到的速度和压力云图能够直观地显示采用不同的进气方式对罩内气相空间内气流稳定性的影响。水下MIG自动焊接实验表明,设计的排水罩排水效果良好,电弧燃烧稳定,水下焊缝质量好,为水下焊接设备与工艺研究提供了参考。 The principle of hydrodynamics is applied to the design of automatic welding cover for underwater pipeline repair by using FLUENT software. The structure and size of the drain cover are determined,and the MIG automatic welding experiment is carried out for underwater pipeline repair. Argon is used as protective gas and the pressure of the experimental environment is 0.15 MPa. The velocity and pressure cloud images obtained through the calculation and simulation of the FLUENT software can directly show the influence of different intake modes on the airflow stability in the gas phase space. The underwater MIG automatic welding experiment by this method shows that the drainage hood has good drainage effect,the arc combustion is stable and the underwater weld quality is good,which lays the foundation for the underwater welding equipment and technology research.
