摘要 目的:应用ICP-MS同时测定人参和西洋参提取物中多种金属元素和类金属元素,并进行方法学考察及测定结果分析。方法:样品在硝酸和双氧水作用下经微波185℃加热30min密闭消解后定容,以Rh-Re混合溶液作为在线内标溶液,以单一He碰撞KED(动能歧视)模式进行测定。结果:47种元素的方法检出限≤2.045mg·kg-1,精密度在10%以内(除Be和Sn外),对绿茶标准物质的测定结果与标准值基本吻合。结论:方法线性良好,定量准确,精密度较好,选择性及灵敏度高。对实验结果从营养元素和食品污染物等角度分析了目前人参和西洋参提取物中各元素的含量水平,为进行生物活性研究及无机污染物控制提供参考依据。 Samples were heated at 185 ℃ for 30 min assisted by microwave digestion with nitric acid- hydrogen peroxide system and then constant-volumed. Rh-Re mixed solution was used as the internal standard. He collision KED model was adopted in quantitative analysis. The method detection limit was 2. 045 mg · kg-1 , and the RSD values were ≤10 % (except Be and Sn). And the method was applied to the green tea certificated standard material with satisfactory results that were nearly in accordance with the standard values. This method was with favorable linearity, excellent selectivity, good precision, high quantitative accuracy and sensitivity. The concentration levels of Panax ginseng and American ginseng ex- tracts were analyzed from two aspects of nutrients and food contaminants, which provided some references for biological activity research and inorganic pollutants control.
