摘要
利用CEAST 6306.000型炭黑含量测定仪按照GB/T 13021-1991中规定的聚乙烯树脂炭黑含量的测定方法,对于标准中没有详细规定的试验条件,用正交试验法确定影响试验结果的因素,最终确定在满足方法规定的情况下,适当减少样品质量,热解温度550℃,热解时间45min,灼烧温度为850℃为最佳的实验条件,提高了分析的准确度。
According to the method stipulated in GB/T 13021-1991, the carbon black in polyethylene resin was analyzed by the carbon black content meter (CEAST 6306. 000). Moreover, to identify the influence factors of the method, the unspecified conditions in the standard were inspected via orthogonal tests. In conclusion, the optimal experimental conditions were obtained as follows.Samples with lower mass were pyrolyzed at a constant temperature of 550℃ for 45 rain and calcined at a constant temperature of 850℃, by which the national standard could be satisfied while the analytical accuracy could be obviously improved.
