摘要
脱粒装置是联合收割机的核心部件之一,它直接影响整机和其它部件的工作性能。参考国内外各类脱粒分离、清选装置的组成特点及改进思路,分析了现阶段各种梳脱式割前摘脱联合收割机设计过程中存在的问题。结合当前梳脱式联合收割机上复脱分离、清选装置的相关参数及工作环境,考虑到梳脱式联合收割机收获工艺与传统全喂入、半喂入式联合收割机的明显不同,对割前摘脱联合收割机上的复脱分离、清选装置进行了较系统的理论分析和试验研究。对提高我国现阶段联合收割机的工作性能,加速新老产品的更迭,以及新型脱粒装置的研制具有很好的理论意义和实用价值。
Threshing unit is one of the combine core parts, which has direct influence on the combine working perform-ance or other parts. According to home and abroad about the structural characteristics and research directions of combine separation and cleaning devices, analyzes the status quo of design and the problem existing in current various stripping combine harvesters. Combination of relevant parameters and the working environment of the combine separation and cleaning devices in the current stripping combine harvester, taking into account the stripping combine harvester are greatly different from those in the conventional all - feeding and half - feeding combine harvester, the theoretical and ex-perimental research of the rethreshing separation. This study has important academic significance and pragmatic value to improve the combine performance, and promote replace of products and develop the new threshing unit.
