摘要
以直纹面叶型整体叶轮为例 ,介绍了采用四轴联动方式精密展成电解加工整体叶轮叶片型面时 ,叶片型面的拟合方法、展成运动轨迹的生成算法以及各轴加工速度的确定方法 ,并结合实际加工工艺 ,对算法误差进行了初步分析。在此基础之上 ,利用 VC++6 .
This paper introduced the algorithm for computing evolution movement track and the velocity in precision electrochemical contour evolution machining, simply analyzed the algorithm error with the machining technology considered. Based on the algorithm, the NC program of electrochemical machining is implemented and has been used in machining of integral impeller. Experiments show that the computation algorithm is correct.
