摘要 目的:设计一种结构简单、灵敏度高的透析液检测系统,以满足浓缩液浓度检测的要求。方法:该系统包括控制及显示部分、配液部分、检测部分。利用精确的反渗水泵及浓缩液泵按照比例配制透析液,采用电导率传感器检测电导率,利用温度传感器监测的温度对电导率进行温度补偿得出在标准温度下的电导率,以电导率来判断透析液是否达标。结果:该系统能够快速精确地检测透析液的电导率,有效地避免因浓缩液配比不当引起不良事件的发生。结论:该系统结构简单、成本较低、操作简便、灵敏度高,可以提高患者透析质量,值得推广。 Objective To design a simple and highly sensitive dialysate detection. Methods The dialysate detection system included three components for control and display, liquid preparation and detection. The dialysate was prepared with an accurate reverse osmosis pump and a concentrate pump in accordance with the proportion of dialysis solution, and an electrical conductivity sensor was used to detect the electrical conductivity. Meanwhile, this system still applied the temperature sensor to monitor the temperature to compensate for the conductivity, and then the conductivity at the standard temperature was obtained to determine whether the dialysis fluid met standards. Results The system detected the electrical conductivity of the dialysate rapidly to eliminate the possibility of adverse events due to improper concentrated fluid proportioning. Conclusion The system gains advantages in structure, cost, operation and sensitivity, and thus is worthy promoting to enhance dialysis efficiently.
