摘要 目的:对脑卒中风险进行信息化管理,为预防病发、辅助临床决策以及指导康复提供一个高效信息工具。方法:以云服务的三层架构为基础,通过将Rhapsody融入到Paa S层,将医学App融入到Saa S层,构建一个新型脑卒中风险管理信息平台。该平台由数据中心、平台管理软件、移动应用开发系统以及各类医学应用App组成。结果:通过对上海市120位患者脑卒中的风险预测,得到了较高准确率的评估,验证了该平台能够很好地支持脑卒中风险的分析与管理,可作为辅助临床决策或康复指导信息化工具。结论:该平台实现了医院、社区卫生机构以及脑卒中高危人群个体的三方联动及信息共享,为脑卒中风险管理提供了一个有力工具。 Objective To propose an informatized management tool for stroke risk prevention, aided clinical decision and healthcare guidance. Methods A stroke risk management information platform was established with 3-layer cloud service architecture Rhapsody integrated into PaaS layer and medical App integrated in to Saa S layer, which was composed of the data center, platform management software, mobile application development system and kinds of medical Apps. Results The trial in 120 patients proved its efficacy for stroke risk analysis and management. Conclusion The platform realizes information sharing for stroke risk management, and implements linkage mechanism of the central hospitals, community health service institutions and high-risk individuals.
