输液泵临床使用安全关键要素分析及对策探讨

Analysis and measures for clinical use safety of infusion pump

目的 :分析影响输液泵临床使用安全的关键因素,探讨相应的防范措施。方法 :通过输液泵设备信息及维护保养调查表和输液泵使用记录2个调查问卷表,对输液泵的使用和可疑不良事件发生情况进行调查,分析各因素的影响。结果:针对调查问卷结果,提出实行严格的准入验收制度、严格落实属地化管理制度、尽量选用与输液泵匹配的管路、定期进行巡检和预防性保养、定期对操作人员进行培训、加强输液泵不良事件的收集和上报等对策。结论:基于问卷调查法分析影响输液泵临床使用安全的关键因素,对全面深入地做好输液泵的质量控制工作具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the critical factors affecting the safe running of infusion pump and put forward corresponding safety countermeasures. Methods Two questionnaires on infusion pump information and maintenance as well as usage log were used for statistical analysis on the usage and suspicious adverse events of the infusion pump, and then applied to investigation on the influences of the factors. Results Some measures were brought out based on the questionnaires, including executing strict admission approval, emphasizing responsibility, selecting pipeline according with the pump, periodical inspection and preventive maintenance, regular personnel training, enhanced reporting of adverse events and etc. Conclusion It’s important to implement quality control to analyze the key factors of infusion pump based on questionnaire.
