心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白是一种新型低分子量可溶性胞质蛋白,在心肌组织中高度特异性表达,当心肌细胞受损时可快速释放到血中。很多研究已证实心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白与急性冠脉综合征、心力衰竭、高血压、心律失常等多种心血管疾病密切相关。

Heart-type fatty acid-binding protein （H-FABP）is a novel low-molecular-weight soluble cytoplasmic protein that is is highly specific for cardiac tissue and released rapidly into the bloodstream when damaged cardiomyocytes. Many studies have confirmed that H-FABP is closely related to many cardiovascular diseases such as acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, hypertension and arrhythmia.
