摘要 血管钙化以往指的是磷酸钙盐在血管壁的沉积。它不仅发生在血管老化的过程中,而且发生在糖尿病血管病变和慢性肾脏疾病以及多种心血管疾病中。由于血管壁的弹性丧失,血管钙化可能导致左心室肥厚和冠状动脉灌注的失衡。许多研究表明血管钙化与心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率密切相关。越来越多的数据表明microRNAs在血管钙化中起着重要的作用。MicroRNAs有希望成为预防血管钙化和血栓形成的靶点,但由于这个过程的复杂性和涉及到的microRNAs的多样性,需有更多的研究来证实筛选可用于靶向治疗的最佳microRNAs。 Vascular calcification in the past refers to the deposition of calcium phosphate salts on the blood vascular wall. It occurs not only in the process of aging but also in patients with diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease and established cardiovascular disease. Due to the loss of elasticity of the vessel wall, vascular calcification nfight lead to left ventricular hypertrophy and compronfise coronary peffusion. Accordingly, many studies have shown that vascular calcification is associated with increased risk for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Aecunmlating data suggest that microRNAs(miRs) play an important role in vascular calcification. MiRs nfight represent pronfising targets for the prevention of vascular calcification and its adverse cardiovascular sequelae. However,for the complexity of regulation of this process and the multitude of involved nfiRs, more research is needed to confirm the optimal candidate miRs for targeting.
