摘要
采用乳液共沉法制备天然橡胶/生化木质素/白炭黑(NR/BCL/白炭黑)复合材料,研究了硅烷偶联剂四硫化双(三乙氧基丙基)硅烷(Si-69)用量对复合材料门尼黏度、硫化特性、物理机械性能、填料分散性及动态热机械性能的影响。结果表明,随着Si-69用量的增加,混炼胶的焦烧时间缩短,硫化时间延长,硫化程度增加;当Si-69用量不超过4份时,混炼胶的填料分散性变化不大;硫化胶的拉伸强度、100%与300%定伸应力先增加后下降,断裂伸长率先下降后增加,撕裂强度、硬度均有所增加,当Si-69用量为4份时,硫化胶的综合力学性能最佳;硫化胶的损耗因子峰值增大,当Si-69用量为4份时,滚动阻力最低,但抗湿滑性相对较差。
In this paper,NR/BCL/silica composites were prepared via emulsion coprecipitation method,and the effects of content of bis-( γ -triethoxysilylpropyl)-tetrasulfide on the Mooney viscosity,curing characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,dispersion of filler and dynamic thermomechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the scorch time of the compound is shortened,the curing time is prolonged and the degree of vulcanization is increased with the increase of Si-69 content.When the amount of Si-69 is no more than 4 phr,the dispersion of filler of the compound is not changed greatly.The tensile strength,modulous at 100%,modulous at 300% of the compound is increased first and then decreased,the elongation at break is decreased first and then increased,and the tear strength and hardness are increased.When the amount of Si-69 is 4 phr,the comprehensive mechanical properties of vulcanizate are the best.The peak value of the loss factor of the vulcanizate increases.When the amount of Si-69 is 4 phr,the rolling resistance is the lowest ,but the wet skid resistance is relatively poor.
