摘要
对4种聚乙烯(PE)管材用炭黑色母的加工性能进行了剖析,分析了炭黑色母对混配料和管材制品性能的影响,对国内主要PE100混配料专用炭黑色母进行了比对。结果表明,炭黑色母M对PE100管材料的基础力学性能影响幅度最小,炭黑色母F相对较大;炭黑色母M的抗热氧老化性和分散均匀性最好,炭黑色母B的分散等级不符合国标要求;加入炭黑色母M的PE100混配料加工稳定性最好,爆破环应力较低,80℃静液压耐高温蠕变性能最佳,炭黑色母S的加工稳定性能最差。
The processing performance of four kinds of polyethylene pipe with black masterbath was analyzed in detail,and the domestic main PE100 mix ingredients special black masterbatch were compared by analyzing the influence of black masterbatch to the performance of mix ingredients and pipe products.The results show that the influence of black masterbath M on the basic mechanical properties of PE100 pipe compound is the smallest,and the black masterbath F is relatively large.The thermal oxidative aging and dispersion uniformity of black masterbath M are the best.The dispersing grade of masterbath B does not meet the requirements of the national standard.The PE100 compound mixed with black masterbath M has the best processing stability,low blasting ring stress,the best hydrostatic creep resistance at 80 C.The processing stability of black masterbath S is the worst.
