国内外OCP类黏度指数改进剂的结构与使用性能对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究分析了国内外不同牌号乙烯丙烯共聚物(OCP)类黏度指数改进剂的序列分布、相对分子质量等微观结构,并考察了不同牌号OCP类黏度指数改进剂对润滑油的稠化能力、剪切稳定指数、低温动力黏度、低温泵送黏度、高温高剪切黏度等使用性能的影响。结果表明,不同牌号OCP类黏度指数改进剂具有相同的微观结构,对油品低温性能、高温性能的影响基本一致,在一定的条件下,可以相互替代使用。 The sequence distribution and relative molecular mass of different OCP Viscosity Index Improvers(Ⅶ)at home and abroad were studied and analyzed.The effects of different OCP Ⅶ on the thickening ability,the shear stability index(SSI),the dynamic viscosity of low temperature(CCS),the low temperature pump delivers viscosity(MRV),the high temperature purification and the performances of base oil were compared.The results showed that different OCP Ⅶ had same microstructure,the effect of low temperature and high temperature on oil products were roughly identical.The OCP Ⅶ can be used instead of each other under certain conditions.
