摘要
为了解亚磷酸、硼酸、亚磷酸二氢钾以及亚磷酸氢二钾4种药剂的抑菌活性,采用菌丝生长速率法和凹玻片法测定其对油松枯梢病菌丝生长及孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,4种药剂对油松枯梢病菌丝生长及孢子萌发均有一定的抑制作用,且抑制率均与各药剂浓度成正比,与时间呈反比;4种药剂对油松枯梢病菌丝生长及孢子萌发的抑制效果由强到弱的顺序均为亚磷酸>硼酸>亚磷酸二氢钾>亚磷酸氢二钾;4种药剂对油松枯梢病抑制率的EC_(50)值均随时间的增加而增大,说明其持效性较差,4种药剂对油松枯梢病孢子萌发抑制率的EC_(50)值均随时间的增加而减小,说明其持效性好;其中亚磷酸对菌丝生长及孢子萌发的抑制效果最好,其菌丝生长抑制率的EC_(50)值在第3d最小,为0.374,其孢子萌发抑制率的EC_(50)值在24h最小,为0.587。
In order to understand bacteriostatic activity of Phosphorous acid,Boric acid,Potassium dihydeogen phosphite and Potassium phosphate,the inhibiting effects of four agents on mycelium growth and spores germination of tip blight of P.tabulaeformis were determined by the mycelium growth rate method and concave slide method.The results showed that the 4 agents all had inhibition effects on tip blight of P.tabulaeformis ,and the antifungal rates increased with agents concentration.The antifungal rate of Phosphorous acid to mycelium growth and spores germination of tip blight of P.tabulaeformis was the best.The EC 50 of antifungal rates of mycelial growth on the third day was 0.374,and the EC 50 of antifungal rates of spore germination on the first day was 0.587.
