手术团队成员信息沟通状况的研究

Research on information communication among members in surgery team

目的了解手术室团队成员间的信息传递状况,探讨不良沟通的原因,为提高手术室团队的有效合作提供依据。方法运用医护合作量表与质性访谈相结合的方法,对31名手术室医护及麻醉人员进行调查与深度访谈,对主、客观资料分析整理。结果护士组对医护沟通满意度评分显著低于医麻组(P<0.01);质性访谈归纳出以下主题:医、麻、护三方交流信息不全面,缺乏信息互换;信息传递不到位及影响因素;可能的解决方案。信息的主要来源调查显示,护士组与医麻组的信息来源重要性评分组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);组间比较,护士组更倾向于从手术室护士和病区护士获取信息(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论手术团队成员间尽量多交流共享信息,打破信息壁垒,尝试采用专业的沟通工具并优化沟通流程,同时加强手术室专科护士培养,有利于团队合作及患者安全。

Objective To understand the information transfer status among members in surgery team,to explore the causes of poor communication,and to provide reference for improving effective cooperation of the team.Methods The Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale and qualitative interview were utilized to investigate and interview 31 medical staff and anesthesiologists in operating room,and the subjective and objective data were analyzed and arranged.Results The score of nurses′satisfaction regarding nursephysician communication was significantly lower than that assessed by surgeons and anesthesiologists（P〈0.01）.The following topics were summed from qualitative data：incomplete information communication among surgeons,anesthesiologists and nurses,lack of information exchange;inadequate information transfer and influencing factors;and possible solutions.The result of main information source indicated that,there was significant difference in the score of information source importance within the group of nurses and the other group of surgeons and anesthesiologists（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,when compared between the two groups,the group of nurses was prone to obtain information from nurses in the operating room and wards（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The members in surgery team should exchange and share information more,break the information barrier,try to adopt professional communication tools and optimize the communication process,and strengthen cultivation of specialized nurses in operating room,which will be conducive to team cooperation patient safety.
