ICU成人失禁相关性皮炎护理证据应用审查及障碍分析

Implementation of nursing evidences of incontinence associated dermatitis for adult patients in ICU:clinical audit and obstacle analysis

目的了解综合ICU成人失禁相关性皮炎护理证据临床应用现状,分析障碍因素,为临床应用提供参考。方法纳入成人失禁相关性皮炎护理证据14条,制定12条审查指标进行护理实践临床审查;根据审查结果进行障碍因素分析。结果 12条审查指标临床依从率为0~100%,其中9条指标依从率<60%;障碍因素主要为护士培训不足、材料缺乏、领导力不足等。结论综合ICU成人失禁相关性皮炎护理证据与实践尚存在较大差距,应针对障碍因素实施改进,促进证据向临床正确有效转化。

Objective To understand the clinical application status of nursing evidence about adults′incontinence associated dermatitis in comprehensive ICU,and analyze the obstacle factors,so as to provide reference for clinical application.Methods Totally 14 nursing evidences for adult incontinence associated dermatitis were included,and 12 examination indexes were developed to carry out clinical audit of nursing practice,then the obstacle factors were analyzed according to the audit results.Results The compliance rates of the 12 indexes were 0-100%,which were less than 60% for 9 of the 12 indexes.The obstacle factors mainly included insufficient training of nurses,lack of materials,inadequate leadership,etc.Conclusion There is still a huge gap between the evidence and practice of adults′incontinence associated dermatitis nursing in ICU,and obstacle factors targeted improvement should be implemented to promote the transformation of the evidence to the clinic correctly and effectively.
