摘要
球齿轮是在其球冠面上分布着一道道环形齿的一种新型齿轮。本文在分析球齿轮的形状特征的基础上 ,将常规齿轮的范成法加工原理推广应用到球齿轮的磨削加工上 ,从而形成球齿轮的范成磨削加工方法 。
The spherical gear is a new type of gear formed by attributing ring teeth on a spherical face.Based on the study of configuration characteristic of the spherical gear, we extend the principle of the generating method for general gear's manufacture to the spherical gear's grinding manufacture,thus forming the principle of the generating method for spherical gear's grinding manufacture.We also designed a grinding machine for manufacturing spherical gears.
