摘要
采用离子交换法对南瓜皮中果胶进行提取,在单因素试验的基础上采用Box-Behnken Design设计方法,研究了提取时间、提取温度、p H、液固比及其交互作用对南瓜皮果胶得率的影响。结果表明,当离子交换树脂用量为5%时,最佳工艺条件为提取时间2.5 h、提取温度80℃、p H 2.0、液固比30︰1(m L/g),在此条件下进行验证试验得到果胶得率为18.57%。
The pectin of pumpkin peel was extracted with the action of ion-exchange. On the basis of four single factor tests, response surface analysis methodology was used to optimize the extraction yields of pectin. The results showed that the appropriate technical conditions were as follows: cation exchange resins 5%, pH 2.0, the extraction temperature 80 ℃, the extraction time 2.5 h, and the ratio of material to extraction solution 30︰1(mL/g). Under the process conditions, the extract yields of pectin was 18.57%.
