摘要
采用Box-Behnken设计试验方法,设计手部微酸电解水消毒参数(清洗时间、消毒时间、有效氯浓度)组合17组,借助Design-Expert 8.0.2的响应面优化手部消毒参数,进行响应面分析,并通过LINGO 11.0进行最优参数组合计算,将得出的最优组合带入模型进行预测并进行实际验证,得出微酸电解水手部消毒最佳参数组合:清洗时间(X_1)为5 s,消毒时间(X_2)为23 s,有效氯浓度(X_3)为53 mg/L。
In Box-Behnken design for slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SAEW)on hands disinfection,17 groups parameters combinations including cleaning time,treatment time and available chlorine concentration(ACC)were designed.With Design-Expert 8.0.2,all the satisfied desired responses of hands disinfection were validated using surface response analysis,and with LINGO 11.0,parameters were optimized and validated,and results showed that the optimum hands disinfection parameters was cleaning time 5 s,treatment time 23 s and ACC 53 mg/L.
