This research is the annual output of 150 000 t of pale beer process design. The whole beer production process, generally can be divided into four processes which were malt manufacturing, wort preparation, beer fermentation, and beer packaging and finished product beer. Through the selection of design parameters and reasonable, then combine with the actual production design, and on this basis, carry through process calculation, equipment selection, and cost-benefit analysis.
