摘要
民以食为天。能否保障食品安全,让人吃得健康、吃得安全,对老百姓来说是"天大的事"。各个高校也相继增设了食品质量与安全专业,培养食品安全方面的专业人才。食品标准与法规这一门课程也应运而生。但这门课程涉及学科广、涉及内容多,而且具有很强的理论性、实践性和时效性。如何调动学生的学习兴趣成为摆在教师面前的一道难题。针对在该课程讲授中存在的内容多且枯燥乏味和难于激起学生学习兴趣等问题,我们构建了在学习过程中的评价体系,主要评价学生在课堂上的表现,而不是最后的卷面成绩。在过程中评价,充分调动了学生在平时学习时的参与性、主动性和积极性,学生自主学习能力也得到有效提高,最终达到提高教学质量的目标。
Food is the first and basic need for human being. Food safety is a crucial thing as it ensures the availability of safe and healthy food for the people. Many colleges and universities provide food safety and quality course, in order to have food safety professionals. The Food Standards and Regulations course covers a wide range of disciplines, with broad contents, with consists of strong theoretical and practical contents. Due to its too much content, student has had no interest towards this course, because they find the course to be boring and uninteresting, and this has been a major challenge to the teachers. In order to solve this problem, we have built a system of course learning evaluation. The system mainly evaluates students' performance in the classroom rather than the final exam. It also fully mobilizes the students' participation, initiation and enthusiasm in the usual learning, the system shows to effectively improve learning ability of the students, hence the goal of improving the quality of teaching was also reached.
