紫菜中16种稀土元素的质谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定紫菜中16种稀土元素含量的方法,并对紫菜中稀土元素的蓄积水平进行分析。以HNO3-H2O2为消解体系对紫菜进行密闭高压消解,16种稀土元素的方法检出限在0.005~0.72 mg/kg之间,紫菜中稀土元素的含量范围为2.12~6.0 mg/kg,平均值为4.56 mg/kg。其中钇含量最高,其范围为0.73~1.88 mg/kg;镥的含量最低,其含量为0.01 mg/kg。方法用于国家一级有证标准物质(紫菜GBW 10023)的测定,测定值与标示值一致。试验结果表明,试验方法具有高灵敏度,低检出限和准确度高等优点,能满足批量测定紫菜中16种稀土元素含量的要求。 Establish the method for the analysis of rare earth elements in Porphyra by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) and analyze the accumulation level of rare earth elements in porphyra. Porphyra were digested by sealed high pressure digestion with HNO3-H2 O2 and determinated by ICP-MS, the detection limits were in the range of 0.005-0.72 mg/kg, 16 rare earth elements concentrations in porphyra ranged from 2.12 to 6.0 mg/kg, with arithmetic geometric means of 4.56 mg/kg, and the concentrations of yttrium is highest(0.73-1.88 mg/kg), the concentrations of lutecium was least(0.01 mg/kg), and this method was applied to the determination of reference samples(GBW 10023) with satisfactory results. The results showed that the proposed method had high sensitivity, low limits, high accuracy and else, which was suitable for rapid determination of rare earth elements in porphyra.
