摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定竹蒸笼中甲醛的含量。粉碎均匀的样品以水为提取液,2,4-二硝基苯肼溶液为衍生剂,经C18柱分离后,以二极管阵列检测器检测,355 nm波长扫描,外标法定量。结果表明,甲醛在竹蒸笼中的方法检出限为0.1 mg/kg,当添加水平为1,2.5和5 mg/kg时,方法回收率为87.0%~92.0%,RSD(n=6)为0.96%~2.05%。该方法简便、准确,适用于竹蒸笼中甲醛含量的检测。
To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in bamboo steamer by high performance liquid chromatography, the crushed samples were extracted with water, derivatized with 2, 4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine, separated by C18 column, and determined by photo-diode array at 355 nm wavelength with external standard method for quantification. Result showed that the limits of the detection(LOD) of the method are 0.1 mg/kg, and the recoveries of formaldehyde were between 87.0% and 92.0% when spiked at 1, 2.5 and 5 mg/kg. The relative standard deviations of the method were less than 2.05%(n=6). This method was easy and accurate, which could be used for the determination of formaldehyde in bamboo steamer.
