豆芽中6种植物生长调节剂残留的质谱检测 被引量:6

Simultaneous Determination of 6 Plant Growth Regulators Residues in Bean Sprout by Qu ECh ERS-UPLC-MS/MS

摘要 建立Qu ECh ERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法同时测定豆芽中赤霉素、多效唑、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、4-氯苯氧乙酸、氯吡脲和噻苯隆6种植物生长调节剂残留量的分析方法。豆芽样品经过1%乙酸的乙腈溶液提取,分散固相萃取净化,经Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(3.0 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)分离,在动态多反应监测(DMRM)模式下测定,外标法定量。结果表明,6种植物生长调节剂在1~100μg/L浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系,相关系数r在0.999 6~0.999 9之间,方法的检出限为0.75~1.50μg/kg,定量限为0.15~7.50μg/kg,豆芽3个水平的添加回收率为75.5%~110.5%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~9.9%。该方法简单、快速,具有良好的灵敏度、准确度和回收率,满足豆芽中6种植物生长调节剂残留量的检测要求。 It was to establish a method for the simultaneous detection of gibberellic acid, 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, thidiazuron, forchlorfenuron and paclobutrazol of 6 plant growth regulators residues in bean sprout by Qu ECh ERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS), the samples were extracted with acetonitrile contain 1% acetic acid, cleaned up by dispersive soild-phase extraction, and the target analytes were separated by Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column(3.0 mm×50 mm, 1.8 μm). The analyzer confirmed and quantified by the dynamic multiple reaction monitoring(DMRM) mode, and the matrix-matched external standard calibration curves were used for quantification. The results showed that the linear relation was good when the concentration range was 1-100 μg/L, the correlation coefficient range was 0.999 6-0.999 9, the limits of detection were in the range of 0.75-1.50 μg/kg, and the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.15-7.50 μg/kg. Three levels spiked recoveries were carried out using blank bean sprout extraction as substrate, and the add recovery ranged from 75.5%-110.5%. The relative standard deviations(RSDs) ranged from 1.5%-9.9%. The method was simple rapid, it had good sensitivity accuracy and recovery rate, and meets the requirement for the 6 kinds of plant growth regulators in bean sprouts.
