引龙潜海法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Dragon Haifa Method on Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的观察引龙潜海法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取上海市朱家角人民医院2015年6月—2016年12月中医科门诊收治的口腔溃疡患者60例,将其随机分为试验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组口服维生素C和维生素B_2治疗,试验组口服溃疡方治疗。对两组临床疗效及复发情况等进行观察比较。结果在平均溃疡期与疼痛指数方面,试验组与对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在局部疗效方面,试验组总有效率93.3%与对照组80.0%比较明显提高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);在总体疗效方面,试验组总有效率96.7%与对照组76.7%比较明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,试验组复发率6.7%与对照组20.0%比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对复发性口腔溃疡患者进行引龙潜海法治疗能够取得显著的临床疗效,能够促进口腔溃疡的愈合,且具有较低的复发率,值得临床推广与应用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Dragon haifa on recurrent oral ulcer and provide the basis for clinical treatment.METHODS 60 patients with oral ulcer in Zhujiajue People’s Hospital Chinese medicine clinic from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.The control group was treated with oral vitamin C and vitamin B2,and the experimental group was treated with oral ulcer.After treatment,the average ulcer stage,pain index,local curative effect,relapse within six months and the overall curative effect were observed.RESULTS In the average ulcer stage and pain index,the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower,which had statistically difference（P〈 0.05）; in the local efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group was（93.3%）,which was significantly higher than the control group 80.0% ,has statistically difference（P〈0.05）; in the overall efficacy,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.7%,which significantly higher than 76.7% in the control group,which had statistically difference（P〈0.05）; follow-up six months,the test group relapse rate（6.7%） was significantly lower than the control group（20.0%）,which had statistically difference（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Dragon haifa could achieve significant clinical effect,promote the healing of oral ulcer,and had a low recurrence rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
