摘要
目的分析全程护理干预在股骨远端恶性骨肿瘤全膝关节置换术中的应用效果。方法选取甘肃省临夏州人民医院在2012年1月—2016年1月期间收治的88例股骨远端恶性骨肿瘤切除并行全膝关节置换患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照入院时间顺序将患者分成观察组与对照组(每组44例),对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组患者采用全程护理干预模式。结果干预前两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分结果比较无差异(P>0.05),干预后两组患者HAMD、HAMA以及PSQI评分均有改善,但观察组患者改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肢体功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预能有效改善股骨远端恶性骨肿瘤全膝关节置换患者的不良情绪,促进患者肢体功能的恢复,并且还能降低并发症的发生,具有一定的临床运用价值。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of whole course nursing intervention on total knee replacement of malignant bone tumor of distal femur.METHODS The clinical data of 88 patients with malignant bone tumor of the distal femur treated with total knee replacement in targer hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each group according to the order of admission time.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and the patients in the observation group received the whole nursing intervention mode.The effects of different nursing intervention on total knee replacement of malignant bone tumor of distal femur were compared.RESULTS Before the intervention,the scores of HAMD,HAMA and PSQI had no difference between two groups (P〉0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMD,HAMA and PSQI were improved in the two groups,and the change degree of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05).The limb function score of the observation group was higher than the control group (P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The whole nursing intervention could effectively improve negative emotions of patients with the malignant bone tumor of distal femur in total knee replacement,promote the recovery of limb function,and reduce the incidence of complications,which had certain clinical application value.
