Extraction of colorant in ivy fruit and its dyeing property on silk fabric

探究了爬山虎果实中所含色素的最佳提取工艺及其对真丝的最佳染色工艺。通过单因素和正交实验确定了色素最佳提取条件:75%的乙醇为提取剂,料液比1∶30,p H=2,温度30℃,80 min。以K/S值为考察对象,确定了最佳染色方式为预媒染,所用媒染剂为七水合硫酸亚铁。通过单因素和正交实验确定了最佳染色条件:p H=3,浴比1∶30,温度50℃,120 min。

The optimal extraction process and dyeing process of ivy fruit pigment was studied. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows： 75% ethanol solution as the extraction agent, solid-liquid ratio 1∶30,p H=2, temperature 30 ℃, time 80 min. Using K/S value as test indicators, the optimum dyeing process was pre-mordant, ferrous sulfate was used as the mordant. The optimal dyeing conditions were temperature50 ℃, p H=3, bath ratio 1∶30, time 120 min.
