摘要
在质量守衡、动量守衡、能量守衡的基础上 ,结合脱碳反应动力学建立了RH真空精炼过程中动态脱碳数学模型 ,把该模型与RH处理过程中钢液循环流动数学模型耦合求解 。
On the basis of mass,momentum and energy equilibrium,combined with the decarburization kinetics,the activity decarburization mathematical model in RH vacuum refining was established.Coupling it with the numerical model of molten steel circulation gives rise to the activity decarburization rate in RH vacuum refining.
