摘要
为了实现对禽流感病毒(Avian influenza virus,AIV)的简便、快速检测,试验利用扬州大学动物医学学院传染病与预防兽医重点实验室所提供的2株抗H9亚型AIV HA的特异性单克隆抗体细胞株,采用纳米荧光标记方法对H9亚型AIV进行研究建立相应检测体系,研发适合H9亚型AIV早期感染现场诊断的纳米荧光检测试剂盒。结果表明:建立的H9亚型AIV纳米荧光检测卡特异性良好,与其他亚型AIV及禽类呼吸道疾病病原无交叉性,灵敏度可达到0.031 HA单位,可用于H9亚型AIV的检测。
The aim of the present study was to detect avian influenza virus rapidly and easily. Two specific monoclonal antibody cell lines against H9 subtype AIV HA were obtained from the key laboratory of epidemiology and prevention veterinary medicine,college of animal medicine,Yangzhou university. The detection system of H9 subtype AIV was established by using the method of Nanoparticles fluorescence labelling techniques,and a simple equipped nanoparticles fluorescence detection kit suitable for the field diagnosis of early infection of H9 subtype AIV was developed. The results showed that the established H9 subtype AIV Nanoparticles fluorescence detection card had good specificity and had no cross correlation with other subtypes of AIV and poultry respiratory diseases. The sensitivity of H9 subtype AIV was 0.031 HA unit. It could be used for the detection of H9 subtype AIV.
