摘要
通过对中国兽医微生物菌种保藏管理中心(CVCC)菌(毒)种基因序列管理模式的研究以及对用户需求的调研,开发了CVCC菌(毒)种基因序列管理系统,实现了菌(毒)种分子生物学特性的数据信息化呈现。由此为菌(毒)种基因序列资源的进一步规范化管理奠定了良好基础,同时提高了基因序列资源的利用率。对微生物领域的科技创新和菌(毒)种资源共享服务质量的提高具有良好的推动作用。
Based on the analysis of the bacterial( viral) gene sequence management model and the user demand,the bacterial( viral) gene sequence management system was developed for CVCC( China Veterinary Culture Collection Center). The system realized data informatization of molecular biology characteristics of bacterial( viral) strains. Thus it laid a good foundation for further standardized management of gene sequence resources of bacterial( viral) gene sequence and improves utilization rate of gene sequence resources. It had good promotion effect on technological innovation and improving quality of bacterial( viral) resources sharing service in microbial fields.
