摘要
为了减小卵黄中大颗粒物质对精液品质的影响,试验使用3种稀释液在0-5℃条件下对3只蓝狐精液进行低温保存试验,每只狐精液分为4组,即Ⅰ组(原精液)、Ⅱ组(东林Ⅱ号狐常温精液稀释液)、Ⅲ组(加入20%卵黄的东林Ⅱ号狐常温精液稀释液)、Ⅳ组(加入20%卵黄的东林Ⅱ号狐常温精液稀释液经自然沉淀后的上清液)。结果表明:Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组精子存活时间、生存指数平均值与Ⅰ组相比差异极显著(P〈0.01),与Ⅱ组相比差异显著(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组精子存活时间、生存指数平均值均低于Ⅳ组但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。因此,加入20%卵黄的东林Ⅱ号狐常温精液稀释液经自然沉淀后的上清液低温保存蓝狐精子效果良好。
The aim of the present study was to reduce the effect of large granules in the yolk on semen quality observation. The semen of three blue foxes were cryopreserved by using three kinds of dilutions at 0 ~ 5 ℃. Each fox semen was divided into 4 groups. Group Ⅰ( original semen),group Ⅱ( dilution of Donglin Ⅱ fox's semen),group Ⅲ( addition of 20% yolk Donglin Ⅱ fox semen dilution),group Ⅳ( addition the supernatant of 20% yolk Donglin Ⅱ fox semen dilution after natural precipitation). The results showed that the average survival time and survival index of the sperm in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly different from those of group Ⅰ( P〈0. 01) and different from those of groupⅡ( P〈0. 05). The sperm survival time and survival index in group Ⅲ were lower than those in group Ⅳ,but the difference was not significant( P〈0. 05). Therefore,the cryopreservation effect of blue fox semen was good by addition the supernatant of 20% yolk Donglin Ⅱ fox semen dilution after natural precipitation.
