摘要
针对广州地铁13号线道岔A、B机运行不同步问题,从道岔解锁、锁闭原理,分析了导致道岔解锁不同步的原因,并提出改进A、B机齿轮组减速比的方法。通过现场实际测试论证表明,修改A、B机减速比后能很好满足现场使用需求,提高了道岔设备运行的稳定性。
To deal with non-synchronization of two switch machines' operation of the switches in Guangzhou Metro Line 13, the causation of non-synchronization is analyzed in view of the princi-ples of switch locking and unlocking. Furthermore, a method for improving the reduction ratio of the two machine's gear set is put forward. It has been demonstrated that the requirements of field application can he satisfied by improving the reduction ratio of the two machine's gear set and the stability of operation of the switch can also be enhanced.
