催化裂化装置烟机入口管道的冷紧设计 被引量:1

摘要 烟机是催化裂化装置能量回收中的核心设备,其入口管道操作温度高、受力条件苛刻。为满足烟机的受力要求,防止因管道热胀变形过大而损坏,对烟机入口管道采用冷紧的设计方法。以某厂催化裂化装置烟机入口管道冷紧设计为例,阐述了管道冷紧设计的方法以及施工时应注意的问题。推荐冷紧比为0.6~0.7,还需要对管道的摆式支架、弹簧支架、导向支架等进行特殊设计,以有效降低烟机工作状态下的入口管道受力,保证烟机长周期安全运行。 The flue gas expander is the core energy recovery equipment in the fluid catalytic cracking unit,and its inlet pipe has high operating temperature and severe stress condition. To meet the requirements of the stress of the machine and prevent damage by large heat pipe deformation,the cold-tight design method has been adopted for the flue gas inlet pipeline. In a case study of the cold-tight design for the inlet pipeline of FCCU flue gas expander,the design methods and precautions in the design and construction of pipeline are described. The cold-tight ratio is generally between 0. 6 ~ 0. 7,and the pendulum of the pipe support,spring support and guide support should be specially designed so as to effectively reduce the stress of the inlet pipeline for the flue gas expander in working conditions and ensure the safe long-term operation of the flue gas expander.
