连续重整装置再生烟气环保达标排放措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 连续重整装置催化剂再生烧焦是恢复催化剂活性的关键步骤,再生烧焦后的放空气要经过工艺处理达标后才能排放。面对环保的严格要求,炼厂迫切需要解决连续重整装置再生烟气达标排放的难题,保证全装置长周期、环保达标运行。中石油长庆石化公司对60×104t/a连续重整装置再生放空气碱洗系统采取优化措施,解决了碱液结块、内构件松动、腐蚀管线、堵塞设备、水洗塔液面难控制、碱液p H值与浓度的平稳控制等问题,确保再生放空气达标排放,无需改造即实现了碱洗系统长周期、稳定运行。广西石化公司220×104t/a连续重整装置将再生烟气Chlorsorb氯吸附工艺改造为高温脱氯工艺,脱氯罐出口烟气氯化氢检测低于1mg/m3(标准),脱氯后烟气再引入联合装置空气预热器系统的热空气中焚烧,焚烧后再生放空气中非甲烷总烃含量稳定在0.5~1mg/m3,完全满足环保要求。 Regeneration of CCR catalysts by coke burning is the key step to recover the activity of cata-lysts,and process treatment of regeneration vent gas is required to achieve up-to-standard emission.Faced with strict environmental protection requirements,refineries are in urgent need to solve the problems hindering the up-to-standard emission of CCR regeneration flue gas,so as to ensure the long-term and environmentalfriendly operation of the unit.Petro China Changqing Petrochemical Company optimized the regeneration vent gas caustic wash system in its 600 kt/a CCR unit,solved the problems including alkali solution agglomeration,internals loosening,pipeline corrosion,equipment blockage,difficult control of liquid level in water wash tower and stable control of p H and concentration of alkali solution,ensured the up-to-standard emission of regeneration vent gas,and achieved the long-term and stable operation of caustic wash system without modification.Petro China Guangxi Petrochemical Company modified its 2.2 Mt/a CCR unit to use the high temperature dechlorination technology instead of the Chlorsorb chloride adsorption process for the regeneration flue gas.The hydrogen chloride detected in the outlet flue gas of dechlorination tank is below 1 mg/m3(standard),and the dechlorinated flue gas is introduced into the hot air in air preheater system of the Complex for incineration.After incineration,the content of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the regeneration vent gas is maintained at 0.5~1 mg/m3,completely meeting the environmental protection requirements.
