为了更好地提高大学生的精准营销能力以及敏捷经营能力,提升电子商务整体从业水平,为社会培养优秀电商人才,在对高校电子商务技能训练平台的使用现状进行研究的基础上,基于敏捷开发构建能充分发挥效用与功能的电子商务技能实训平台,设定精准训练项目,分层开展技能训练,系统设计训练活动内容,迭代式开发,逐步更新平台架构与项目内容.实践证明,敏捷开发为构建高效电子商务技能实训平台提供了可行性解决方案,并为学生提升技能进而对接产业前沿技术提供了基础,能显著强化学生电子商务综合技能,提升就业竞争力.

In order to significantly improve the college students＇ precision marketing ability and their agile operation, to improve the overall level of e-commerce, and to cultivate outstanding e-commerce talents for the society, after a thorough investigation and study, this essay constructs an electronic commerce skill training platform which can give full play and function. Based on agile development, the platform accurately sets the training program, carries out the skill training, systematically designs the training activity project content, and gradually updates the platform architecture or its project content. The practice has proved that agile development method can provide a feasible solution to build efficient e-commerce skills training platform, and provide the foundation for students to improve skills and dock industry cutting-edge technology in turn, and it also can significantly strengthen students＇ comprehensive e-commerce skills and enhance their competitiveness of employment.
