摘要
为提高拉延模具设计的成功率,形成高质量的拉延模面,针对某车身覆盖件的拉延工序进行研究,依据工程经验对模面凸筋高度线、补充面角度、截面线方向以及工艺补充面细节进行优化.数值模拟结果为:优化后的拉延件无成形性问题,成形前、后的最大厚度由1.436 mm减至1.291 mm,且最大厚度点在零件区域外,最小厚度由0.617 mm增至0.931 mm.试验表明:该模面优化方法能够有效改善车身覆盖件拉延成形性.
In order to improve the success rate of drawing die design and form high quality drawing die surface, the drawing process of a body cover is studied. According to the engineering experience, the height line of the convex rib, the angle of the supplement surface, the direction of the section line and the details of the technological supplement face are optimized. The numerical simulation results show that there is no forming problem with the optimized drawing parts, the maximum thickness is reduced from 1.436 mm to 1.291 mm before and after the optimization, and the maximum thickness is outside the part area, the minimum thickness is increased from 0.617 mm to 0.931 mm. The tests show that the optimization method of surface modification can effectively improve the drawing formability of body panels.
