针对HX_D1D型电力机车空气干燥器排油故障,结合螺杆空气压缩机组、空气干燥器工作原理,从油细分离器滤芯破损、润滑油油位超高、回油管堵塞、最小压力维持阀故障、润滑油品质降低5个方面分析原因,并提出控制油细分离器质量、调整润滑油油位、清洗回油管和回油单向阀、检查维持阀状态、保证润滑油品质以及对油过滤器滤芯实施寿命管理的预防措施。

With a view to abnormal oil discharge of air drier in HX_D1D electric locomotive,in combination of the op-erating principles of screw air compressors and air driers,the article analyses the root causes based on such 5 aspectsas broken filter element of oil separator,extremely high lubricating oil level,blocked oil return pipe,failure in min-imum pressure sustaining valve and lubricating oil quality degradation.It puts forward preventive measures includingto control oil separation quality,adjust lubricating oil level,wash oil return pipe oil return check valve,checksustaining valve status,guarantee lubricating oil quality and carry out service life management of oil filter element.
