随着网络思政平台"易班"的出现及其在高校师生中的迅速推广,不断开启了思政教育者服务、引领学生的新探索,这使得博士研究生的网络平台管理有道可循。针对博士研究生特点,发挥易班在师生中互动的优势,提出学科平台朋辈互助、归属感培养、身份认同感培养等方法,有机融入网络载体,是丰富思想政治教育的有效途径。
