基于“研本互动”的大学生党支部设置模式的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking about the Setting Pattern of Communist Party Branch of College Students based on the Postgraduate-Undergraduate Interaction

目前高校大学生党支部设置,一般有以院(系)或专业为单位的纵向党支部设置模式、以年级结合专业为单位的横向党支部设置模式及以纵向党支部设置模式为主、交叉党支部设置模式和横向党支部设置模式为辅的党支部设置模式。而基于"研本互动"的大学生党支部设置是由同一专业同一年级硕士研究生与本科生党员共同组成党支部,达到"研本共建、研本互补"的目的,是对大学生党支部设置进行优化的一种有益探索。
