高校辅导员指导学生组织发展路径探究——以上海交通大学为例

A Probe into the Path of College Counselors to Guide the Development of the Students' Organization——Take Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an Example

高校学生组织建设是高校人才培养的重要环节。在新时代背景下,学生组织整体上蓬勃发展的同时,也产生了组织功能弱化、活动内容形式化、组织制度不健全等相关问题,严重阻碍了学生组织的健康发展,削弱了其在育人过程中的重要作用。高校辅导员在指导学生组织工作中具有重要地位和角色优势,应当改进工作思路、加强工作举措,探索指导学生组织的新的有效路径,促进学生工作提升,增强学生组织提升教育增值的功能。

The organization of college students is an important link in the training of talents. Under the background of new era,the rapid development of student organizations has also brought about problems such as weakening of organization function and formalization of activity content, which has seriously hindered the development of student organizations and weakened their important role. College counselors play an important role in guiding students’ organization. We should improve their working ideas, strengthen their work initiatives, explore effective ways to guide student organizations, and promote students’ growth.
