当今的英语网络资源丰富、类型多样,具有丰富性与多维性、真实性、广泛性与现实性、开放性与共享性的特点。在进行成人英语教学资源建设时应该遵循与学科性质、教材相适应、具有教学针对性的建设原则,进行课件、网站等的建设。在建设过程中要做到:确保管理体制的完善和正常运行、融入教学理论、兼顾硬件和软件,合理分工、以学习者为主体,突出个性化、统筹协调,加强资源共享力度。

Nowadays, there are rich and various English study resources on internet. They have the characteristics of abundance and multidimensionality, authenticity, universality and reality, openness and sharing. In the process of the construction of adult English teaching resources, such as courseware and website, the construction principles should be followed in accordance with the nature of the subject, the teaching materials and teaching pertinence. Moreover, problems such as ensuring the normal operation and perfecting of management system, integrating teaching theory, considering both hardware and software, reasonable division of labor,learner-centered approach and highlighting personalization, coordinating and strengthening the sharing of resources should be considered.
