摘要
现代学徒制是一种企业和学校合作,以师傅带徒弟的形式,从而达到强化实践教学的人才培养模式。长春市农业学校畜牧兽医专业通过"现代学徒制"试点工作,形成"双主体"育人长效运行机制,实施双元培养、双重指导、双重身份等"六双"现代学徒制育人新机制,创新"场校结合,工学交替"人才培养模式,开发基于工作过程的"重养兼治,校企融合"项目化课程体系,加强理论与实践技能结合、学校和企业可以互聘互用的"双师型"师资队伍建设,进一步制定和完善现代学徒制的人才培养模式、管理制度和标准、多元参与评价的考核评价机制,为同类中等职业学校开展现代学徒制人才培养模式改革提供借鉴和示范。
